This study tries to explore emotional aspect from individual toward change in organization. Change is inevitable for all organizations. Change makes the organization is able to survive in the competitive or even win the competition. In the change implementation has challenge that is resistant to change itself. Reluctance of individuals to experience changes that arise due to various reasons when it actually changes the situation of individuals will experience stress. Through understanding the emotional aspects of an individual toward change, change will work.
